First, sound

Hear what you've been
missing.

Each bowl is tuned to a specific frequency. These are not recordings of recordings — they were captured live in the ceremony space at dawn. Tap one. Give it twelve seconds.

0:12

432 Hz — Tibetan Bronze

The fundamental tone. Feel it settle behind your sternum.

0:18

528 Hz — Crystal Quartz

The frequency of cellular repair. Clear, pure, unwavering.

0:15

396 Hz — Himalayan Set

Releases what the body holds without permission.

Then, sight
Mist threading through ancient cedar trunks in old-growth forest at dawn, soft golden light filtering through the canopy

"The forest was the first instrument."

Then, touch

Hand-hammered bronze.
Warm linen. Bare feet
on cedar floors.

The bowls at Resonance were forged by a single craftsman in Kathmandu over three months. Each one is unique — slightly irregular, slightly imperfect, which is why they ring the way they do. You will hold one before each session.

Finally, taste

After every session,
the tea arrives.

Roasted kukicha — the twigs and stems of the tea plant, not the leaf. It has almost no caffeine and a flavour like toasted grain and pine smoke. It is served in a rough ceramic cup that still holds warmth from the kiln. You will drink it in silence, watching the steam dissolve into the air, and you will feel — before you understand why — that something has left your body.

A session at Resonance

What happens
when you arrive.

No agenda. No performance. A three-day arc from arrival to integration, held by two practitioners in a space built for this exact purpose.

Arrival

The ground beneath you

You arrive barefoot. The floor is warm cedar. Someone hands you kukicha tea and says nothing. You sit with the sound of the forest for fifteen minutes before anything begins.

Opening

First strike

The practitioner strikes a single bowl. The tone rises, fills the room, and begins its twelve-second decay. You listen to it all the way to silence.

Deep Work

Immersion

Bowls placed at crown, heart, and feet. Crystal forks activated at the ears. Breathwork guided through three cycles of release. Ninety minutes that feel like twenty.

Integration

The return

Silence. Then birdsong. Then the tea. You are not asked to share or process. You are allowed to simply be changed.

Who comes here

Resonance is not for everyone.
It might be for you.

The Tech Worker

You've optimized everything except the thing that matters.

You have a Whoop, a standing desk, a cold plunge, and three meditation apps. None of them work anymore. What you need isn't another tool — it's a complete stop. Three days where no one needs anything from you and the only task is to receive.

"I came in running at about 40% of myself. I left with something I can only describe as space inside my chest."

Marcus T., Senior Engineer, Seattle

Solo Reset — 3 days

The Somatic Practitioner

You teach presence. When did you last feel it?

You know the language of the body better than most. You know what dysregulation looks and feels like. Which is why you know — somewhere you've been holding something for a long time. Come and let the bowls do the work for once.

"The 528 Hz session on day two cracked something open in my sacrum that I'd been working around for years. My practice has been different since."

Priya N., Somatic Therapist & Yoga Teacher, Portland

The Couple

You don't need couples therapy. You need silence together.

You love each other. But somewhere between the careers and the logistics and the screens, you stopped being in the same room even when you're in the same room. Resonance gives you a container for something that can't be scheduled: presence.

"We didn't talk much. We didn't need to. On the last morning we just sat and watched the fog lift and both started crying at the same time."

Jamie & Rohan K., San Francisco
